I. Your profile:
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably customer service related)
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Strong focus on customer relationship
- Be independent and self-learning
- Experience in product/production maintenance – will be an advantage
- Knowledge of FANUC product line – will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- English spoken and written
- Driving license (category “B”)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Team player with passion for excellence
II. Your core tasks
- Increase FANUC Service coverage in strict coordination with FANUC Bulgaria Service department and according to FANUC Bulgaria development strategy
- Increasing market share of service, preventive maintenance, spare parts, repairs and trainings
- Customer coverage in the designated geographical areas
- Regular customers visits
- Building up strong relationship with customers
- Industry mapping and prospects identifying
- Service contact proposition and follow up of service activities
- Budget preparation and follow up
- Participate in exhibitions and other customer related events
